I am passionate about guiding students toward becoming successful, respected members of their communities by promoting academic excellence. Over the course of my career, I have been dedicated to building inclusive, collaborative, and high-achieving learning environments.

My professional journey has included roles as a science teacher, district science leader, STEM leader, building administrator, Director of Curriculum, and Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. Throughout these experiences, I have remained steadfast in championing equity, inclusion, academic excellence, and social-emotional learning.

I am deeply committed to empowering educators, engaging families, and ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive. I believe in the power of collaborative leadership, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture where all voices are heard, valued, and respected.
